- Internship Programme:
The Internship programme is intended to be an intensive learning experience for the student. It aims to widen the student's perspective by providing an exposure to real life organizational and environmental situations. Companies usually define the scope of the project based on their current requirements. Typically, the project has a quantifiable outcome that can be measured in the end
- Campus Recruitment Programme:
The campus recruitment programme aims to meet the increasing demands of the business houses by providing resource that are valuable on two different counts.Firstly in embodying new knowledge and skills and secondly, in embodying fresh outlook, awareness, interests and approaches.
- Pre-Placement Talk:
Campus Recruitment Programme begins with Pre-Placement Talks (PPT). These talks give the students an idea about the recruiting organizations, opportunities available and remunerations offered. It also gives students the chance to interact with employees of the company and learn more about the work culture. Based on these talks, students decide if they wish to apply to those organizations.
- Campus Recruitment:
Prior to arrival on campus, the companies are requested to inform the Career Management Team (CMT) about the recruitment procedure to be followed by them, like Written Test, Group Discussions, Case Studies, Personal Interviews, etc.
